Each car diffuser is hand-blended in Canada. Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days.

Shipping rates and delivery

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking when available.

We currently ship within Canada. Contact us for other destinations.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and photos (if damaged), and we will make it right.

Returns

For hygiene reasons, opened diffusers cannot be returned. Unopened items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
